The Active SKU report notifies Vendors when a product has been set up in our systems and needs inventory (new SKUs) or we are out of inventory and have not received a message from the Vendor in the last 7 days (existing SKUs). This report is being sent out to our vendors before a product is completely set up. Vendors are then sending inventory, but the product is not set up on our sites yet. This causes confusion/spin for Merch Ops staff and vendors to resolve. The report criteria needs to be modified to ensure that all tasks in a product setup are complete before sending the notification to vendors.
